We offer a selection of basic designs, as well as custom services for your special requests. Our designers are full of ideas. We take great pride in service to our customers and making your diamond and fine jewelry experience one that is both successful and memorable. Our inventory of diamonds and colored gemstones is extensive, but stones of every quality and size are available. We encourage you to call with any special requests. Ideally a project will be well defined before starting. Estimates are free. But when your specifications change after a project is started, it means added cost for the additional services and materials. Custom special orders are the most expensive tasks we perform. Labor and time cannot be re-melted and reused, it's gone forever. We'll build what you want, just the way that you want it. However, we will advise you against any design we feel will be structurally unsound or a potential source of future dissatisfaction. Custom jewelry pieces are non-returnable, being built uniquely to the customer's agreed upon specifications. We warrant all items to be free of defect and stand behind our work totally.
